Process & Timeline

How long does a custom cabinetry project take?

Most projects are designed, built, and ready in 3–5 weeks from final approval — well under the industry's typical 12–16 week wait. We've rebuilt our production flow specifically for speed, without cutting any corners on quality.

What does the process look like, start to finish?

It starts with a design consultation to understand your space, style, and timeline. From there we put together shop drawings and finalize materials, our craftsmen build everything in-house, and finally we deliver — and install, if you'd like us to — on your schedule.

Can you work around a tight renovation or construction schedule?

Yes — our shorter lead time is built for exactly that. Let us know your target dates as early as possible and we'll plan the build to fit your schedule.

Pricing & Investment

How is pricing determined?

Every project is fully custom, so pricing depends on size, door style, materials, finish, and hardware. There's no generic price list because no two kitchens — or two clients' needs — are quite alike. We'll put together a clear quote once we understand your project.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit secures your place in our production schedule once your design and quote are finalized, with the remaining balance due around delivery. We'll walk through the exact terms together before you commit to anything.

Do you offer discounted pricing for contractors, builders, or designers?

Yes — we offer volume-based trade pricing for general contractors, builders, designers, and other trade professionals who order regularly. You can apply on our Trade Application page.

Delivery & Installation

Do you handle delivery and installation, or can I install the cabinets myself?

Both are available. We offer full white-glove delivery and installation for clients who want a completely done-for-you experience. If you already have your own installer or contractor lined up — or you're comfortable handling it yourself — you can choose delivery-only instead. Skipping installation takes a job out of our install queue entirely, so delivery-only orders typically move faster and cost less, since there's no install labor to schedule or build into the price. Either way, the cabinetry itself is built to the same exacting specifications — just let us know which option you'd like when you request your quote.

Do you deliver outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area?

Our shop is based in Carrollton, Texas, and we regularly deliver throughout the DFW metro. For projects further out, reach out and let us know your location — we'll tell you what's possible.

How should I prepare my space before delivery?

In general, framing, drywall, flooring, and any plumbing or electrical rough-in should be complete, and the space should be clean and clear. We'll confirm the exact prep requirements for your specific project well ahead of your delivery date.

Design & Materials

Can I choose my own door style and wood species?

Absolutely. Take a look at our Door Styles & Materials page for the full range of profiles and finishes we offer, or bring your own inspiration and we'll work to match it.

Do you design the cabinets, or do I need my own designer?

We can work either way — design your cabinetry from scratch together, or build from drawings provided by your own designer, architect, or contractor.

What hardware do you use?

Every cabinet comes standard with rack-and-pinion undermount slides and soft-close hinges — hardware built to keep drawers and doors operating smoothly for years, not just on day one.

Care & Warranty

How do I care for custom wood cabinetry?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, excess standing water, and abrasive pads, which can dull or damage the finish over time.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every project is backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship on cabinet construction and joinery under normal residential use. We'll give you the specifics in writing along with your final quote.
